What are they?
Spa Salt Bars are the ultimate in luxury soap. If you have never tried one before, you are certainly in for a treat.
The addition of sea salt creates a fabulous, rich, thick, creamy lather, very different to the more traditional bubbly lather. This velvety lather is pure luxury to wash with.
At the same time, you will find that your spa salt bar will gently exfoliate your skin, buffing away any dead skin cells. It is so gentle you will hardly notice it happening - until you feel how soft and smooth your skin is.
Fragrance
These spa salt bars are fragranced with essential oils.
This one is scented with sweet orange and earthy patchouli essential oils

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. The design on the surface of the bar will be one picked randomly from those shown in the photograph.
I am unable to take requests for a specific design because once the bars are in their cardboard boxes, I can no longer see individual designs.
2. Because the soap batter tends to thicken quickly with the addition of salt and essential oils, there are often small air pockets on the edges of the bar.
These are purely aesthetic and don't affect the usage in any way. I think they add character to a unique, handmade product.
3. Because these are made with essential oils, although they smell beautiful, they are generally not as strong smelling as soaps using fragrance oils.

Directions
In order to start producing the beautiful creamy lather, Spa Salt Bars need to be agitated with water a little longer than standard soap bars.
Dry your soap between uses. Do not leave it sitting in water.
For external use only.
For use on hands and body - do not use on the face or mucus membranes.
Do not use on broken or inflamed skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Packaging & Shipping
100% plastic free packaging
The soap bars and shipping materials are 100% plastic free
The bars are wrapped in a cardboard box with a single starch based biodegradable peanut to prevent them from moving around during transit.
Your parcel is shipped out to you in a cardboard box filled with starch based packing peanuts which can be composted.
Boxes are sealed with paper tape and wrapped in recycled brown kraft paper.

It is important to make sure that all skin care products are safe for use by the public.
In the UK, it is a legal requirement that every product, every colour option and every fragrance is assessed by a qualified cosmetic chemist and certified as safe to use.
