INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you have received the wrong item please email me within 3 working days of receiving your package to let me know.
I will cover the return postage costs and once I receive the undamaged item back, I will dispatch the correct item to you, along with a little gift to say 'sorry'.

FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED
If the goods you receive are faulty and you wish to return them then you must contact me within three working days of their receipt. Please provide a clear description of the issue, and where appropriate, photographs so that I am able to assess the issue.
I will cover the return postage costs (second class £2.95). You MUST obtain proof of postage. If a parcel goes missing and you do not have a proof of postage then no refund will be provided.
Upon receiving the faulty goods back, I will either provide a refund or a replacement.
Please note that I cannot accept returns of products that have already been used.
NON FAULTY ITEMS
If you don't love any of the soaps that you ordered then let me take care of it for you.
You can have a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Simply return the soap back to me and I will refund the price you paid for the bar as well as the cost of second class postage (£2.95)
You MUST obtain proof of postage.
If a parcel gets lost in the post and you did not obtain a proof of postage then no refund will be issued.
