Can you pack my order in separate boxes as they are gifts for people

I sorry, I'm am only able to ship your soaps in the one box.
The costs of packaging have risen so much recently that I have only factored in part of the cost for one box, most of it I cover myself.  I don't have enough profit margin to include an additional box with your order. 

If you do need your items in two boxes, please place a second order.


Can you gift wrap my box

I can add a personalised name label and I'm also happy to hand write a gift note to pop into your box.  However, I do not offer a specific gift wrapping service.


How long will my order take to arrive

I aim to pack and ship your order within 3 working days.  However during exceptionally busy times please allow a little longer.


I have put the wrong address on my order.

Please contact me as soon as you are able, usually via the website is the fastest way to catch me.  I don't regularly check social media DMs and am likely to miss your message if it is urgent.

If I haven't shipped your box out, I will be able to change the address for you.  However, once your parcel has been dropped off at the Post Office, I am unable to make any changes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping at the time of ordering and Rushmere Soaps will not send any replacement items or issue refunds if an incorrect address was given.
