I aim to pack and send your order out within one working day.
For example, orders received on a Monday will be taken to the DPD collection point by Tuesday.
Orders received on Friday will be taken to the DPD collection point by the following Monday at the latest.
Parcels are sent by DPD
You are responsible for ensuring that you enter the correct delivery address into the website when you place your order.
I will send your parcel to the shipping address that you provide when you place your order.
If you realise you have made a mistake with your address, please email me immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org
So long as the parcel hasn't been taken to the post office, I will do all I can to ensure that it is sent to your updated address.
Unless I am able to recover an incorrectly addressed parcel, I will not reship the items or provide a refund.
Orders will be sent to one address only.
If you wish for items to be sent to different addresses, please place two separate orders so that the postage can be charged accordingly for each parcel.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT POST OUT TO NORTHERN IRELAND, IRELAND, THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLE OF MAN OR THE CHANNEL ISLANDS.
The DPD service I am using does not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses
Postage is a flat rate £5.95 to ship via DPD
MISSING / LOST DELIVERY
All parcels are sent by courier
DPD usually deliver within a few days (excluding weekends or bank holidays) and will provide you with a one hour delivery slot
However, during busy times they can take up to 5 days to delivery your parcel (excluding bank holidays or weekends)

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event that a mistake has been made and an item is missing or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered.
